This term describes the alignment of the electrochemical sensors in a climatic chamber. The measurement results can be influenced by different factors – for example by the ambient temperature (valid e.g. for CO, NO and SO2 sensors).
By 5, 20 and 40°C the measurement accuracy of each sensor is determined with standard span gases and subsequently adjusted. As a result, each sensor in each analyser delivers an exact measurement value – regardless of the ambient temperature.
ecom flue gas analysers are 100% calibrated in the climatic chamber and they herewith guarantee exact measurement results – regardless of the respective price class and instrument age.
