Tightness Check (Sewage Plants)

Acc. to § 61 of the German Water Management Law (WHG) law, the owner of a private sewage pipework is obliged to monitor its state and its functionality. By new building of a sewage plant or by important changes at the existing   drain plant, the DIN EN 610 prescribes that -after completion of the pipework- a test with water or air pressure is necessary and that it is to be performed by the responsible expert.
